RAYCHEM XTVR heating cable is capable of withstanding intermittent exposure to 482°F/250°C, these cables feature a fluoropolymer outer jacket (-CT) that delivers superior chemical resistance against aggressive organics and corrosives.

Engineered as part of the XTV family, these self-regulating heating cables are tailored for industrial freeze protection and high-power output process-temperature maintenance applications. They withstand temperatures up to 482°F (250°C) while ensuring process temperature maintenance at 250°F (121°C). Configured for use in both nonhazardous and hazardous locations, including areas prone to corrosive elements, these cables offer exceptional performance and durability.
