The RAYCHEM KTV self-regulating trace heating cable is engineered for process temperature maintenance of pipes and vessels that undergo steam cleaning, operating effectively up to 300°F/150°C. These cables are also ideal for freeze protection in systems with high heat losses, withstanding intermittent exposure to 482°F/250°C. Featuring a fluoropolymer outer jacket (-CT), these cables offer exceptional resistance against aggressive organics and corrosives.

Primarily designed for electrical heat tracing in process temperature maintenance applications up to 150°C, including those subject to steam cleaning, the KTV family of self-regulating, parallel circuit heating cables is versatile. They cater to frost protection in large pipes and applications necessitating high-temperature exposure capabilities. The KTV cables ensure reliable, long-lasting performance and compliance with hazardous area classifications.

Raychem KTV Heating Cable Features
