RAYCHEM BSA heating cable’s foil wrap/drain-wire design ensures exceptional flexibility, enabling easy installation around intricate or compact pipe systems.

Ideal for safeguarding pipes and vessels against freezing and maintaining process temperatures (up to 65°C) without requiring steam cleaning, these cables can endure intermittent exposure temperatures of up to 85°C. Utilizing the same heating core and polyolefin inner jacket as the BTV, the BSA series guarantees reliable performance. Its earth path, composed of aluminum foil wrap and metallic drain wires, assures complete electrical protection coverage. The polyolefin outer jacket is well-suited for mild inorganic solutions, offering excellent protection.
