What should I do if I want to return the product?

If you have a problem with your order, you can return it after receiving confirmation from our customer service. You can send the product you want to return within 14 days from the date you receive your order to your address without causing any damage to the product, the original box, or any sent invoice and papers. You must also send along a letter explaining the reason for the product return. In addition, you will need to ship the product back at your expense, free return shipping is not provided.

Once the returned product is approved, the product price will be refunded to your credit card or the account number you used for the transfer. If you have a problem with the refund transfer of the product price to your account, please contact the customer service of your bank.

I want to cancel my order from your site. What should I do?

First of all, you must tell us in writing that you want to cancel your order. Upon written request, the order will be canceled, and the product price will be refunded back into your account.

If I cancel the order I made with my credit card, when will the product cost be credited to my account?

After your order has been canceled, the refund will be made by the related department and will be re-transferred to your account as soon as possible. However, as the transfer dates of banks may differ, you can get information about when they will be transferred to your account by calling your bank’s customer service.

If I cancel the order I made by wire transfer, when will the product cost be transferred back to my account?

After the order is canceled, the product price will be re-transferred to your account number immediately by our related department.
