New Academic Publication from SAMM Teknoloji at IEEE

The R&D team of SAMM Teknoloji has once again demonstrated its expertise in fiber optic–based sensing technologies, achieving a new milestone in the international scientific community. The latest study was presented at the IEEE 33rd Signal Processing and Communications Applications Conference (SIU 2025) and published on IEEE Xplore, one of the world’s most prestigious academic platforms.

The paper provides an in-depth analysis of the role of laser sources in Distributed Acoustic Sensing (DAS) systems. It evaluates the impact of laser parameters on detection sensitivity, signal quality, frequency stability, and noise levels, revealing the key factors that directly determine DAS performance.

Through a comparative analysis of different narrow-linewidth lasers, the study highlights that the proper selection of laser sources is critical for ensuring system reliability and enhancing detection accuracy.

This international publication once again underlines SAMM Teknoloji’s leadership not only in manufacturing and engineering but also in scientific research and academic contributions.
