Fiber Optic Patch Cords
SC Type Fiber Optic Connector. 
What they mean:
Patch Cord: single (simplex) and double (duplex), when connectors installed to each end of the fiber optic
cable with special way The name of this is patch cord.
Pigtail: This is piece of cut when a patch cord is cut half. So the connector at one end, and the other
end of the fiber is blank, and then the free end will attached to the
fiber (Fusion Splice).
